I was born on the Southside of Chicago on March 29th 1974. I spent my early childhood on the Westside not far from Lake & Central Ave.In 1984 We moved to the Northside not far from Clark & Foster Ave. In 1984 is when I really started to understand music in it's various forms. Break Dancing was so popular-we use to make the swings wind up at the top so that we could Break danc e on the mats below.We would raid all the dumpsters looking for cardboad.I wasn't good at Breakin-Poppin-or Lockin so I started making mixtapes at home.Later that year I got my first Boombox.That's when I became the kid that had all the newest-tightest music on the block.I use to stay up all night listening to 102.7BMX- WNUR- B 96- WGCI. BMX is where I first heard Tyree Cooper;I Fear The Nite & Acid Crash-DJ Fast Eddie Smith-Kenny Jammin Jason & so many others! I feel in Love with House music in 1985!
